Job Purpose: NOC (Network Operations Center) Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security. The role involves leading a team of NOC engineers, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvements to maintain the integrity and availability of the network systems. The NOC Lead also serves as the primary point of escalation for network incidents and plays a key role in coordinating network upgrades, expansions, and troubleshooting activities.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Lead and manage the NOC team, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of network monitoring and management activities.
Network Management:
Oversee the real-time monitoring of network systems, ensuring that performance, uptime, and security protocols are met and any issues are quickly identified and addressed.
Incident Resolution:
Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues to minimize service disruptions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with network engineers, IT teams, and other relevant departments to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related problems and optimize performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly review network performance, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, and provide detailed reports to senior management. Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and maintained.
Network Upgrades :
Participate in and lead network upgrade projects, expansions, and performance improvement initiatives. Plan and coordinate changes to ensure minimal disruption to services.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols. Implement and maintain security measures to protect network infrastructure from threats.
Documentation & Best Practices:
Maintain accurate documentation of network operations, including standard operating procedures, configurations, and incident logs. Establish and promote best practices for network operations.
Process Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in network technologies and tools. Proactively incorporate new technologies and processes to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Management Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior management on network performance, incident trends, and areas for improvement. Suggest and implement corrective measures when needed
Brand Positioning:
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development:
Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Work Experience:
14-18 years of experience in the data centers industry
Certification Required:
Certifications in network administration, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
