Lead Operations Manager
to drive daily operations and fuel our expansion. This full-time, office-based role requires 6 days/week (Mon-Sat).
Key Responsibilities
Client & Trainer Liaison
: Engage prospective students via consultations and lead conversions; coordinate with trainers for optimal curriculum delivery.
Talent Management
: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for trainers, admin, and support staff to build a high-performance team.
Marketing & Social Media
: Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns; lead social media team in content creation, analytics, and audience growth.
Daily Operations
: Manage scheduling, resources, events, and compliance; optimize processes for efficiency and a positive environment.
Performance Monitoring
: Track metrics (enrollments, retention, marketing ROI) and report insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For
Experience
: 3+ years in operations/HR/marketing, ideally in education or coaching.
Skills
: Strong written and spoken English (mandatory); basic knowledge of French (beneficial). Organizational prowess, problem-solving, and tools like Google Workspace, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
Education
: Bachelor's in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
Traits
: Proactive, empathetic leader with passion for languages and multitasking in fast-paced teams.
