Qualifications:

• Exp - 8 to 12 Years
• Min lead exp 3+ need

Mandatory skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core in enterprise application development.
• 5+Strong experience with Angular for building responsive web applications.o 5+Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Data Factory.
• 3+Solid understanding of SQL Server and experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• 3+Experience with MercuryGate TMS or similar transportation management systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in Agile or Kanban delivery models.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.o Ability to mentor junior developers and lead small technical teams
