Role Overview:

The

Lead Monitoring Executive

is responsible for tracking, managing, and analysing all incoming leads related to admissions, student inquiries, franchise inquiries, and marketing campaigns. The role ensures proper follow-up, accurate data maintenance, and smooth coordination between the marketing, admission, and counselling teams to convert leads into admissions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead Tracking & Management

Monitor all leads received through calls, messages, website, social media, and walk-ins. Update and maintain lead databases daily using MS Excel or CRM software. Categorize leads based on priority, source, and requirement.

2. Follow-up & Coordination

Ensure timely follow-up with potential students or parents for course inquiries. Coordinate with the counselling/admission team to ensure leads are converted into admissions. Assign leads to the respective counsellors and track follow-up status.

3. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports. Analyse lead conversion ratios, sources, and performance of teams. Provide data-driven insights to management to improve productivity and marketing strategies.

4. Communication & Support

Communicate with potential students to understand their course interest and guide them accordingly. Resolve basic queries or redirect complex queries to the related department. Maintain professionalism in all telephonic and written communications.

5. Quality Check

Monitor counsellors' follow-ups to ensure quality communication with leads. Identify gaps in the follow-up process and report to management.

6. Process Improvement

Suggest improvements in lead handling, follow-up methods, and tracking systems. Ensure all teams follow a standardized lead management process.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

MS Excel and MS Office

(mandatory). Good communication skills. Good coordination and follow-up skills.
