About the Role

We are seeking a

Lead/Principal Engineer - Mobile Application Development

with deep expertise in

native Android and/or iOS app development

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications while leading technical discussions and client interactions. This role requires a strong communicator with hands-on coding experience and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance native mobile applications (Android/iOS). Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices. Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient codebases. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development. Work closely with cross-functional teams -- UI/UX, backend, and QA -- to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

8 years

of hands-on experience in

native mobile app development

(Android and/or iOS). Proficiency in

Kotlin/Java

(for Android) or

Swift/Objective-C

(for iOS). Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration frameworks. Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills. Excellent

client-facing and communication skills

- ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. Proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently or as part of a team. Experience with

Flutter

or

React Native

. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading a small team.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Technology or related field is required.
