This role has the overall Responsibility of Postpaid Acquisitions & Mobile Number Portability Operations. Providing operating support to internal, external & regulatory teams and sharing insights based on system/business & analytics intelligence to enable key decisions to improve overall acquisition experience & quality.

Key Responsibilities:

End to End Operational support for Postpaid & MNP Process.
Monitoring Order to Activation Funnel, TAT to ensure order completion within TAT by coordinating with engineering, field & technical teams. - Close Tracking of irritants in the journey to eliminate failures.
Analyzing gaps within acquisition journey to improve quality of acquisition.
Driving Innovations & Enhancements along with GTM/Testing with the stakeholders.
Driving acquisition KPI's from Business Managers handing acquisition processes
Driving conversions with the out-sourced partners.
Tracking and sharing the performance scorecard with stake holders.
Ensuring compliance to the MNP regulations through parameter wise audits & system/process fixes.

Experience & Skills:

Good understanding of project management concepts and methodology
Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills & result oriented
Good understanding of Telecom products & services
Good planning & execution skills
Can do attitude & problem solving skills
Quick thinking & analytical ability
Good understanding of applications Excel, Access & Big Data Analytics

Educational Qualification:

Post graduate, MBA or equivalent Preferred

Work Experience:

At least 5 years of work experience in operation/Support function.
