Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager / Data Analyst Manager who will lead the Information & Management Systems (MIS), drive data-analytics practices, provide actionable insights, and ensure data accuracy & reporting that supports business decision-making. The role will oversee a team of analysts, manage MIS tools and processes, collaborate across functions and ensure data integrity & timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, maintain and enhance MIS dashboards, reports and BI tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau / Looker / other similar tools) to track metrics across operations, quality, project delivery, vendor performance, etc.
? Extract, clean, model, and interpret data from multiple sources: internal systems (project management / annotation tools / quality / vendor systems), financial systems, operations, etc.
? Monitor data quality, identify issues, inconsistencies, anomalies; set up processes for data validation, audits and correction.
? Create standard reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), ad-hoc reports & deep-dive analysis for stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Quality, Vendor Management, etc.).
? Define KPIs & SLAs for different units (annotation accuracy, throughput, vendor quality, vendor fulfillment, delivery timelines etc.), track them and present insights.
? Forecasting & trend analysis: capacity planning, resource needs, vendor performance, risk identification (for scope, quality, delays).
? Work with cross-functional teams (operation leads, quality leads, vendor leads, finance) to understand data / reporting needs, translate business questions into analytics solutions. ? Automate reporting/ dashboards / data pipelines to reduce manual intervention; build scalable processes.
? Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Data Analysts / MIS Analysts: allocate tasks, set goals, review performance.
? Ensure compliance with company / industry data privacy / security standards, especially when dealing with sensitive data (given Shaip works in de-identification, medical, etc.)
? Assist in budgeting and cost tracking related to projects, vendors, or operations as relevant.

Required Qualifications & Experience

? Bachelor's degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Data Science / Engineering or related field. A master's / MBA with emphasis on analytics is a plus.
? Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, MIS, business intelligence or related roles
? Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools / BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.), good knowledge of SQL, data modeling; familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets at advanced level.
? Experience in building dashboards, reports, automating workflows, dealing with large volumes of data.
? Good understanding of operations / process management / vendor management / quality control -- preferably in AI / data services / outsourcing / annotation domain.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
? Strong stakeholder management & communication skills -- ability to present insights to senior leadership, to non-technical and technical teams.
? Experience working with data privacy / compliance (GDPR, HIPAA etc) is a plus. Skills & Competencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
