Job Description

Responsibilities:
Leading the mechanical and structural aspects of precast construction projects from conception to completion
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and structural systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project timelines and resource utilization
Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
Implementing best practices for quality assurance and quality control
Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues proactively
Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in the precast construction industry
BE Mechanical
Demonstrated track record of successful project management and team leadership
