Job Description
Lead Mechanical Engineer to drive the design, development, and integration of interior systems for next-generation vehicles. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and validation of interior components (IP, consoles, trims, seating)
Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomic, and aesthetic standards
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams
Drive DFMEA, DVP&R, and root cause analysis for quality issues
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
7+ years in automotive interiors with leadership experience
Proficient in CAD tools (CATIA, NX) and GD&T
Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
