Job Title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Lead Role)

Job Type: Full-time (6 working days)

Location: Kallakal, Medchal Area, Hyderabad

Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with 6-7 years of experience in Mechanical machines design to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all mechanical engineering projects, designing innovative machinery, and leading a team of 7-10 engineers.

The role also involves utilizing CAD software, conducting research and development, and driving project management to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 7-10 mechanical design engineers. Should have a Sound Knowledge & hands on experience in product development. Design and develop mechanical machines and solutions for the agricultural sector. Create detailed designs using CAD software. Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure successful execution. Conduct research and development (R&D) to drive innovation in farm mechanization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications

6-7 years of experience in Mechanical Machines Design. Sound knowledge & Experience in Product development. Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design. Proficiency in CAD software. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Prior experience in the agricultural machinery sector will be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
