Reporting to the CEMEA Head of Risk & Data Products, you will be an integral part of Visa\'s Products team for the region, helping achieve commercial success by planning & executing product mass enablement initiatives in partnership with solution owners, clients relationship managers & client services organization.

Ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent program management skills and has proven track record in driving business impact at scale in highly complex B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives product mass enablement initiatives across multiple solution portfolios to achieve commercial KPIs
• Develops and oversees program implementation
• Develops & implements business operations, service models, and execution SLAs required to execute at scale
• Streamlines organizational and operational structures in line with service model KPIs and future vision
• Engages multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment & support for mass enablement initiatives
• Regularly updates leadership on program status, collaborates continuously with both business and technical teams to manage and resolve risks and challenges
• Builds & nurtures a high performing team with focus on delivery & execution
• Encourages a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Listens and communicates with respect, clarity, and transparency.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in planning & execution of complex projects with clear commercial impact
• Exposure to B2B business environments with emphasis on technology based product domains
• Experience designing and running product enablement and /sales campaigns of scale
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• Great skills in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, coordination, and planning with cross-functional teams
• A well organized and cooperative individual, comfortable navigating ambiguity, capable of establishing and nurturing high performing teams from scratch. \xc2\xb7
• Possesses an action-oriented, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with Risk or Data led platform solutions is an advantage
