CSA India at Havas is looking for a Lead - Marketing Technology to drive lifecycle marketing strategy and manage a team of CLM specialists working across Clevertap, MoEngage and Braze. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with strong expertise in segmentation, journey design, creative strategy and end-to-end lifecycle execution. The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret data from Appsflyer, Branch and Google Analytics, build insightful reports on Looker Studio and drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor and upskill the CLM team within CSA India across Clevertap, MoEngage and Braze Develop segmentation strategies, lifecycle journeys and channel-wise creative direction Oversee campaign execution, automation setup, A/B tests and experimentation frameworks Analyse behavioural and funnel data using Appsflyer, Branch and Google Analytics to drive performance Build dashboards and campaign performance reports using Looker Studio Collaborate with media, creative, product and data teams to maximise engagement, retention and LTV Ensure high-quality delivery, QA, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement across lifecycle programs

Educational Qualification:Engineering degree required MBA preferred
