This position will lead the Marketing team in corporate office(Coimbatore) and report to MD.PFB the Job description.To Build marketing strategies by understanding the target market, knowing current stage of product awareness by reviewing the recent market data, suggesting suitable marketing activities to perform through ATL/BTL/PR/Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing to increase the brand awareness & recall. * To Develop effective marketing communications by building suitable communication through BTL/ATL medium to increase Brand health score by 5 -10 %

• To Provide long term strategies(LTS) by analysing and forecasting the brand presence & growth chart through external/internal research, in line with business objectives to address untapped market/new opportunities
• To Develop effective communications, by understanding consumer behaviour and their needs, performing innovated campaigns and brand communications to build "Aspirational Brand".
• To Build team capability by focussing on key growth areas such as interpersonal, communication skills and ability to forecast which make them fit into leadership role.
