Brand & Business Strategy*
Define and execute Auxilo's unified brand and marketing strategy. Partner with business heads to translate product goals into compelling marketing campaigns. Align marketing efforts with revenue and brand awareness KPIs. Digital Marketing & Performance*
Drive 360 digital and offline campaigns across all business lines. Integrate CRM, DICE, and Salesforce data for campaign tracking and ROI measurement. Reduce cost per lead and improve lead-to-disbursal conversion rates. Public Relations & Thought Leadership*
Manage PR agencies and media relationships to build brand visibility. Position Auxilo as a thought leader in education finance with 10+ media placements annually. Plan and execute award submissions and event participation strategies. Communication & Design*
Oversee corporate communication, internal branding, and design governance. Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all digital, print, and environmental assets. Craft compelling business presentations and CXO-level decks. Events, MICE & Employer Branding*
Lead on-ground and partner events, including MICE, summits, launches, and CSR initiatives. Co-create the annual employer branding and internal engagement calendar with HR. Ensure complete design and communication readiness for all internal and external events. Team & Vendor Management*
Lead three vertical managers: GlobalEd, IndiaEd/EduInfra, and Social-Comms. Manage creative, PR, and performance marketing agencies. Monitor budgets, performance dashboards, and quarterly scorecards.


Key Responsibilities:




Experience:8-12 years in integrated marketing, brand, or communication roles within BFSI, NBFC, or EdTech sectors or having worked in Advertising Agencies servicing similar sectors Education:MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or Communications Expertise:Brand strategy, performance marketing, PR, event leadership, design direction, and corporate communication Tools & Domain Knowledge:Salesforce, Marketing Analytics, Communication Cloud, Power BI, Google Ads, Meta Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Vibe Marketing Traits:Strategic yet hands-on, data-driven, visually literate, team-centric, strong communicator
