Summary The role is for leading the Product quality of the EMVT/Bushing and ACR line which involves EMVT testing inprocess ( EMVT/Bushing Winding , assembly Oven process, Oil filling), EMVT (Volta) lab ( All Tests related to EMVT/Bushing) Liaison with other labs (UHV labs) for EMVT/Bushing tests. EMVT/Bushing outgoing process( PDI checks..etc), complete FAT management . Lead the New product ACR line including inprocess, ACR labs and Outgoing quality activities. The role requires liason with other functions and lead teams to .meet the unit targets and KPIs. Ensure daily functioning of Labs, Quality checks in in process, outgoing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that products and services perform according to quality standards and that manufacturing processes are capable and qualified.
• Leading the product quality for EMVT/Bushing and ACR line which involves EMVT testing inprocess ( EMVT/Bushing Winding , assembly Oven process, Oil filling), EMVT (Volta) lab ( All Tests related to EMVT/Bushing) Liaison with other labs (UHV labs) for EMVT/Bushing tests. EMVT/Bushing outgoing process( PDI checks..etc), complete FAT management .
• Lead the new product ACR line which includes in quality checks for inprocess ( winding, assembly), ACR labs, Outgoing quality checks ( PDI ..etc)
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters.Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Lead and Drive teams to ensure Lab management and quality control process from inprocess to outgoing to meet unit targets and Quality KPIs.
• Complete FAT management with customer including tests and Quality documentation and support for resolution of site issues and conducting of RCA(8D, PSR) to resolve customer as well as internal NC resolution

Required Qualifications * For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality Assurance. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

• For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
