Key responsibilities:
Manage leads from WhatsApp, email, website, and platforms
Update CRM / Google Sheets with accuracy
Assign, track, and follow up on leads
Generate basic reports on lead status and closures

Detail-oriented and organised individuals
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Prior CRM or sales coordination experience is a plus
