We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, qualifying leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits to convert inquiries into successful sales. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer databases, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities :- Handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and referrals.- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in real estate projects.-Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about properties, pricing, and availability.- Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.- Schedule site visits for clients and coordinate with the field sales or property consultants.- Maintain an updated CRM system with accurate lead information and sales activities.- Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure proper communication of project features and benefits.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property laws relevant to the real estate sector.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate domain or similar industry (e.g., property tech, housing finance).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead management systems.- Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow up effectively.- Strong customer-centric attitude and problem-solving ability.Preferred Skills :- Experience in selling residential or commercial real estate projects.- Familiarity with digital marketing lead funnels and property listing portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com).- Fluency in multiple regional languages is a plus.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
