to strengthen both B2B and B2C segments across global markets.

We are looking for a

Lead Manager

who can take ownership of lead management, client communication, and business conversion from platforms like

IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Shopify

, as well as direct inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on

leads from IndiaMART, Alibaba, Etsy, Shopify

, and direct website inquiries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients. Identify new business opportunities in wholesale, retail, and export segments. Communicate product details, quotations, and order updates professionally. Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfillment. Prepare and maintain lead reports, conversion metrics, and client feedback data. Assist management in planning

sales strategies and marketing campaigns

for key markets.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in

sales, lead management, or client servicing

, preferably in

jewelry, diamond, or luxury goods

. Excellent

communication skills

in English (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of online B2B platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, etc.). Organized, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel for reporting is an advantage.
