Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Make cold calls to potential customers, explain product/service offerings, and convert them into active leads.
Follow up with leads consistently and maintain regular communication to build rapport and increase conversion chances.
Understand customer requirements and share suitable options or solutions.
Maintain a detailed database of leads and track their status through CRM or internal tools.
Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure smooth handover once the lead is converted.
Share regular updates and reports with senior management on lead status, feedback, and closures.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and outreach.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (training can be provided).
Quick learner and adaptable to new industries and customer segments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling, tele sales, or lead generation roles.
Candidates from customer service, telecalling, or sales support backgrounds will also be considered.
