Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Lead Management Executive to handle and distribute incoming leads efficiently using our CRM software (Sell.do). The ideal candidate will ensure prompt assignment of leads to relevant team members, maintain data accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve basic CRM-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Handling: - Monitor and manage all incoming leads via the Sell.do CRM platform. - Ensure timely and appropriate assignment of leads to the sales team. CRM Operations: - Maintain updated and accurate lead data in the CRM system. - Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and system hygiene. Lead Distribution: - Allocate leads based on team availability, geography, or specialization. - Track lead status and follow up on escalations if required. Report Generation: - Generate lead performance and status reports daily, weekly, and monthly. - Share insights with the management team to improve lead response time. Team Coordination: - Act as a bridge between the support, IT, and sales teams. - Ensure seamless communication and resolution of lead-related issues. Basic IT & CRM Support: - Troubleshoot basic CRM-related issues or coordinate with the technical team for resolution. - Suggest improvements or automation opportunities within the CRM workflow. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in lead management or sales coordination, preferably with Sell.do CRM. o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Basic understanding of CRM software and reporting tools. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate, SaaS. o Knowledge of automation workflows in CRM systems like Sell.do.
