Lead - Life Cycle Management is responsible for managing and improving targeted Yield & Quality and upgrading processes to reduce wastes, solvents and utilities consumption. Enabling Chemical Engineers to trouble shoot process problems efficiently to ensure targeted productivity and timely delivery of products
Strategic Responsibilities

Help achieve entire STRIVE initiatives (2.5 % of COGS)
Successful implementation/introduction of the new technologies
Operational Responsibilities

Leadership of Life Cycle Management Department.
Provide vision and plan for continual improvements of existing processes - for higher Yields, better quality, higher productivity, Recycling of solvents, reducing effluents and improved EHS performance to achieve the STRIVE revenue targets.
Ensure that resources levels, competencies, skills and knowledge are in place to support achievements of Life Cycle Management targets across manufacturing sites.
Delivery of improvement projects to time.
Participate in Route cause analysis for solving the process related problems.
Help Chemical Engineers to trouble shoot process problems.
Ensure that department is using Industry Best Practice in delivery of targets
Develop TOP / SOP for improved processes.
Review of quality plan
Approval of manufacturing SOP and process up gradations.
Performance tests of raw materials and report submission.
The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter and is expected to work with minimum supervision to drive projects to closure.
