Hybrid Workinga,

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. WeaAEURA(TM)re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. Introduction:

The role holder will work with Programme and Project managers. business stakeholders, subject matter experts, operations users and project teams to plan, manage and co-ordinate the Operational Readiness work streams across all teams within the Wholesale Lending Operations Business Area.

aAEURAa, a, a, Ability to demonstrate excellent client service by managing front line Libor reform queries from clients and investors including internal stakeholders
aAEURAa, a, a, Support the regulatory framework and ensure bookings in ACBS and Loan IQ are timely and accurate
aAEURAa, a, a, Managing business and client escalations
aAEURAa, a, a, Strong verbal and written skills
aAEURAa, a, a, Proven ability to evaluate operational data with transpose information into meaningful output

What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:

aAEURAa, a, a, BacheloraAEURA(TM)s Degree.
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in the Wholesale Lending Operations with responsibility for analysis and/or end to end processing of syndicated loans
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience within a global organization and experience of large scale changes
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience on a commercial Loan platform (preferably ACBS and/or Loan IQ)

Skills that will help you in the role:

aAEURAa, a, a, Strong understanding of ACBS / Loan IQ platform and hands on implementation experience is preferred
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in change management execution, process improvement and risk management
aAEURAa, a, a, Eye for detail and ability to review and extract key operational data requirements from LSTA and LMA documents
aAEURAa, a, a, Strong understanding of key IBOR reform regulatory changes
