Lead - Legal Southern Region Qualifications LLB or LLM Experience -5 to 10 Yrs Job location: Bangalore Excellent written and verbal Communication Skill Agility of thought and action Willingness to work in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment Drafting Skill Stakeholder Management Presentation Skill Should be fluent in Kannada and/or Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam \xc3\x98 Overview of Power Business \xc3\x98 Hands-on experience in a Power/Infrastructure Industry on all Legal Matters \xc3\x98 Should have the knowledge of all related case laws and should keep updated with all the developments in the related subjects \xc3\x98 Driving corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company\'s interests in Southern Region \xc3\x98 Represent the company in different forums for favourable orders and resolution of cases \xc3\x98 Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities \xc3\x98 Maintaining proper corporate interactions proactively with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies and legislatures \xc3\x98 Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 91,500,000.00 - 92,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
