The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining impactful L&D initiatives, employee experience programs, and well-being strategies. A key focus will be on creating and launching HiPo development journeys and leadership programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
Curate engaging content for LMS (Disprz) including micro-learning modules and interactive sessions.
Collaborate with internal leaders and external trainers for impactful interventions.
Design and implement HiPo development programs and leadership journeys.
Curate and prepare Management Trainee Program and onboarding journey to help trainees settle into roles.
Track Management Trainee performance at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals and share feedback with Functional Heads, CHRO, and HRBP.
