Job Description

The Lead Key Accounts will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large, important customers within the Food service industry, specifically in the Food sector. The successful candidate will work to satisfy customer's needs, comply with company policies, and achieve mutual sales goals.

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve quotas.
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
• Monitor sales performance metrics.
