Job Description

To lead the end-to-end

design strategy, innovation, and product development

for diamond jewellery collections. This role is responsible for building a strong design identity, leading the design team, ensuring commercial viability, and aligning collections with market trends, brand positioning, and business growth objectives.

Define and drive the

overall design vision and strategy

in line with brand positioning and target customer segments. Lead the development of

seasonal, festive, bridal, and everyday diamond jewellery collections

. Ensure designs are

commercially viable

, trend-relevant, and scalable for production.
Eligibility

Degree / Diploma in

Jewellery Design

,

Fine Arts

,

Design

, or a related field, with 8-12 years of overall experience in Diamond Jewellery design, and atleast 3-5 years in a leadrship role. Certification in

CAD Jewellery Design

and/or

Gemology

is preferred.
Proven experience in leading design teams in

retail jewellery brands, export houses, or manufacturing setups

.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
