Required Skills:
- Exp should be between 5 to 8 years
- Good exposure in Java 11/17
- Good exposure in cloud technology. AWS is preferred
- Exposure in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkin or any other CI/CD tool
- Good communication
- Nice to have exposure or knowledge of Github Copilot or any other
GenAI tool, Python language
About the Role:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software
solutions using Java and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project
delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning
and innovation within the team.

You are Responsible for:
- Overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to
best practices and architectural standards.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to
maintain code quality and efficiency.
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges and issues that arise
during development and implementation.
To succeed in this role - you should have the following:
- Proven experience in Java development and a strong understanding of
AWS services and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, engage with
stakeholders, and present technical concepts clearly.
