Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, scalable code and comprehensive unit tests. The ideal candidate is a team leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for mentoring a team of senior developers.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java (1.8), J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Rest API. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-12 years of experience in software development using Java (1.8), J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Rest API, and Microservices. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
