Roles and Responsibilities
Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Lead or a similar role, with at least 12 plus years of experience.
Develop and execute strategies for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and security systems.
Design & Implementation of IT Infrastructure Solutions (LAN, WAN, Lease Line, Wi-Fi, CCTV System etc) in Factory units.
Develop IT security and compliance & Audit IT policies and controls continuously.
Partnering with Cyber Security team to ensure adherence to policies regarding Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
Develop and Manage all IT awareness and training program which helps to increase employee awareness on information security, cyber security.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management and remote infrastructure technologies.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure service level agreements.
Experience in the implementation and management of ITIL processes in IT Service Desk Portal.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.
Develop and manage IT budgets, including cost estimation, cost reduction, and expenditure tracking.
