Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing operational efficiency Monitor and analyze production data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production control, streamlining processes for increased productivity Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve production delays and process inefficiencies

YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in production control, manufacturing, or supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven experience in inventory optimization and cost control. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. APICS or other relevant certifications in supply chain or production management. Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production control. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
