Job Description
Purpose To plan and oversee testing in IQC shifts, thereby ensuring achievement of error free measurement Key Responsibility Good experience and knowledge in Casting, Punching, Olding, stamping, Machining & Assembly of mechanical parts Proven experience in Supplier quality assurance activities such as Supplier assessment, evaluation, and control . Handle supplier CAPA and Line issues effectively . Good knowledge in CMM measurements,Programming of measuring equipment, Conducting CRR GRR and MSA Studies . Experienced in Minitab, QC Tools, Kaizens and Housekeeping. Knowledge on Ongoing Reliability tests for mechanical parts Should have handled a bigger team & ability to train, develop, qualify the team on various processes Proficiency in Excel,PPT and Report Preparation Drive the culture of continual improvement and drive more kaizen projects Qualification B.E/B.Tech Mechanical Experience 15 years to 19 years Additional Technical Requirements Proficiency in Excel,PPT and Report Preparation Good in business communication , honest, ethical, transparent, develop positive culture, right attitude and behaviour, establish teamwork amongst the team Competencies Teamwork Agility Customer Empathy Purposeful Pursuit of Goals Pioneering Deep Domain Knowledge Future Ready
