iOS Swift Lead Developer (Full-Time)

Experience:

4+ years iOS Development, 1+ year in a lead role

We're looking for an experienced

Lead iOS Developer

with a strong command of

Swift

and a passion for building beautifully crafted, high-performance apps. You'll take technical ownership of our iOS projects and guide a small team of mobile developers to ship features with clean, scalable code.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and development of iOS apps using Swift & SwiftUI/UIKit Manage and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to plan, build, and deploy features Maintain clean MVVM architecture and modular codebases Implement RESTful APIs, Firebase, or CoreData integrations as needed Optimize performance and usability for iOS (iPhone, iPad) Stay updated with Apple frameworks, WWDC updates, and best practices

? Requirements:

4+ years of iOS development experience with Swift At least 1 year leading or mentoring a mobile team Strong understanding of MVVM, Combine or RxSwift, and modular architecture Experience with App Store submission and deployment pipelines Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and code review workflows Bonus: Experience with SwiftUI, HealthKit, CoreLocation, Firebase, or Realm

Nice to Have:

Experience with WatchOS or iPadOS development Interest in AI/ML or HealthTech apps Previous work on apps with 100k+ downloads
