Job Track Description:
We are looking for an iOS Lead who will be part of our Mobility Practice and will be expected to actively work in a multi-disciplinary fast paced environment. This role requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project, its primary responsibility is to design and build next generation mobile applications. Your duties may include collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating application published on the App Store.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build mobile applications for theiOSplatform.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks.
• Publish applications on App Store.
• Design and implement application updates.
• Desire to learn new technologies and stay updated with technological trends.
• Assist with interviewing and attracting new talent to the Organization.
• Code review,Code repository management.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Should be able to lead and supervise the team to complete the project.

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 6 years of experience on Mobile Apps development.
• Proficient with Objective-C, Swift and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with either ReactNative or Xamarin is preferred.
• Passionate about writing a readable, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM etc.
• Experience with designing layouts to support multiple screen sizes and densities and handling localization support.
• Good understanding of SDLC – Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good knowledge of code optimization techniques.
• Experience in test driven development is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with Security concepts like SSL pinning, Encryption/Decryption.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience withiOSframeworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with Google APIs such as Google Maps, Google Places, etc.
• Experience with biometric implementation.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Strong OOP and data structures background.
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud message API and push notifications.
• Understanding of Apple design principles and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs to connectiOSapplications to back-end services.
• Experience with parsing of JSON and XML based web-services.
• Strong analytical skills, good team player.
• Experience with Agile Development (SCRUM methodology, JIRA).
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, and SVN.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools: Instruments and Shark.
• Work in a mentoring capacity within a peer-programming environment and provide guidance on tasks, irrespective of complexity or scale.
• Must be familiar with iTunesConnect and Apple Developer account services such as Certificates, Provisional Profiles and TestFlight testing.

• Experience with gathering end user requirements and writing technical documentation.
• Time management and multitasking skills to effectively meet deadlines under time-to-market pressure.
• Product development experience is preferred.
