Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions for internal applications, DevOps pipelines, and monitoring systems. Review and approve solution blueprints, prototypes, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) deployments Lead technical reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security policies Guide the team in implementing best practices for cloud security, identity management (IDCS), RBAC, and monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal initiatives like CloudX, WinfoBots, and WinfoTest Manage a team of cloud engineers, administrators, and support specialists responsible for internal cloud operations Drive delivery excellence by mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring SLA adherence Coordinate with project managers and practice heads to align internal support with business priorities Ensure 24x7 availability of internal cloud services with robust escalation and incident response procedures Oversee patching, upgrades, and DR/BCP readiness for internal systems Continuously optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management. Support presales efforts by contributing to internal capability decks, RFP responses, and solution demos * Participate in strategic planning for internal IT modernization and digital expansion
