Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Interior Designer to head our design team, bring bold creative direction, and execute luxury residential interiors from concept to completion. You'll work on 2BHKs, 3BHKs, villas, and investor-led projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development, from client brief to site execution Prepare and oversee 2D layouts, 3D renders, and GFCs Guide and mentor junior designers and 3D visualizers Collaborate with clients and present design concepts confidently Coordinate with site execution team for quality assurance Maintain Trecasa's brand aesthetics in every project

Must-Have Skills

Strong design eye with modern & luxury sensibilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop Leadership experience with a creative team Excellent client communication and presentation skills Knowledge of materials, finishes, modular and civil elements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in turnkey or design-build projects Understanding of vastu, lighting layouts, and furniture ergonomics Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
