We are looking for a dynamic and detail-obsessed

Lead Interior Designer

who can take charge of

luxury residential projects

from concept to completion. If you're passionate about design innovation, storytelling through space, and leading a team to bring curated interiors to life - this is for you.

What You'll Do:

Own the design process end-to-end: client briefing, concept creation, presentations, working drawings, and execution support Lead a team of junior designers and coordinate with vendors, engineers, and site managers Create design boards, 3D renders, material palettes, and furniture layouts aligned to client expectations Conduct site visits, supervise design implementation, and ensure quality finishes Collaborate closely with the sales and project team to manage timelines and budgets Keep up with material innovations, global interior trends, and client lifestyle needs

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

Minimum 6 years of experience in residential interior design Expertise in

AutoCAD, SketchUp/3DS Max, V-Ray,

Photoshop (or equivalent tools) Strong aesthetic sense and technical knowledge of finishes, fittings, and detailing Experience in client handling, team management, and site coordination A creative yet practical approach to space planning and design challenges

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
