Design and Develop Comprehensive Learning Programs

Create and implement engaging, scalable training solutions aligned to business priorities and learner needs using instructional design best practices. Develop e-learning modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, and videos using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Captivate, or similar. Ensure all programs reflect Envestnet's brand, tone, accessibility, and global audience requirements.

Conduct Needs Analysis and Performance Assessments

Partner with stakeholders and functional leaders to assess training requirements and identify skill gaps. Translate business goals into targeted learning solutions that address specific challenges. Support enterprise efforts to define, track, and develop critical skill capabilities.

Manage Annual Regulatory Compliance Programs

Oversee the management, launch, and reporting of all annual regulatory and policy-based compliance training. Coordinate with compliance and HR teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and global coverage.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and impactful. Build strong relationships across teams to integrate learning seamlessly into the employee experience.

Manage End-to-End Project Development

Oversee the entire instructional design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Coordinate across functions and geographies to launch global learning initiatives efficiently.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement

Use learning analytics and feedback to assess outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Leverage LMS data and evaluation tools to ensure content remains current, effective, and engaging. * Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance learner experience.
