Job Summary:
The Lead Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure with a focus on firewall and data center technologies. This role involves managing network security, optimizing performance, and providing high-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities: integration
Design and Implementation: Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure, including firewalls and data center technologies.
Network Security: Configure and manage firewalls (Fortinet & Checkpoint), ensuring robust network security protocols are in place.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose another d resolve complex network issues, providing L2 support and escalating to higher tiers when necessary.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed network documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure and operation of network systems.
Compliance: Ensure network infrastructure complies with industry standard seamless s and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on firewall and data center technologies.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, FCP, CCSA or equivalent are preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Checkpoint, Fortinet).
Strong understanding of data center networking technologies.
Experience with network protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with network automation tools.
Knowledge of cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
