DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The impact you will have in this role:: The Lead Infrastructure Services Delivery Engineer role is responsible for advancing the DTCC Resilience Test environment by automating repetitive manual tasks used to configure the infrastructure. The person in this role will build procedures to allow automated configuration of each test environment to minimize the setup/tear-down time required between tests. This person in this role will work closely with our Infrastructure teams and our internal business clients to resolve and escalate technical support incidents where necessary. Your Primary Responsibilities: Coordinating infrastructure (Mainframe, Distributed hosting platforms, storage, networking, messaging, security platforms) Leverage DevSecOps skills to automate and orchestrate repetitive infrastructure tasks Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to standard processes and procedures Contribute to projects by executing task deliverables and ensuring permit-to-operate (PTO) guidelines are met. Ensure that all tasks executed by the team have fully documented procedures suitable for review by both internal and external auditors Ensure that all software development done by the team is fully in compliance with DTCC policies and standards. Host regular meetings with AD and infrastructure service owners in each area to review status and address issues Ensure that best practices developed for a single product line (such as Clearing) are shared with other product lines. Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk escalates appropriately Talents Needed for Success: 6+ years of related experience Certification in multiple programming languages (such as Cobol, Rexx, JCL, Java, Python) and operating systems (z/OS and Linux) Must have experience with all aspects of Resilient data center management: Multi-Region configuration, Disaster Recovery testing, and managing replication. A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.
