Support and manage Multiple AWS Accounts and cloud-based applications Design and implement Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, Continuous Monitoring and Logging Utilize continuous build, test, integration, and deployment platforms and pipelines for development Automation of administrative and repeatable tasks through cloud automation (infrastructure as code) and scripting services Monitor cost management service to ensure cost effective use of cloud resources Design & implement policies in relation to compliance & regulatory requirements Design and implement security controls for solutions running on public cloud platforms Develop and automate security service-related templates and/or workflows Design & implement identity and access management policies & groups Continuously monitor the health, integrity, and availability of all IT infrastructure and perform proper capacity planning for current and future demands of IT services Recommend changes to improve established DevOps processes Participating in cross functional projects & initiatives Challenges ideas, methods, guidelines and procedures to promote discussion and thinking Supports and develops strategic thinking / drives Act as a point of escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle Ability to effectively influence, direct and monitor the project work Use established relationships in effective collaboration with other levels, within team, within business area and across business areas. Develop strong understanding of the business and ensure alignment to business strategies Develop and Support decision making, good Business communication skills across multiple levels Ability to successfully manage and take accountability for projects including identifying necessary resources, communicating and establishing and meeting deadlines. Strong capability of executing project /operations in terms of deliveries, managing risks, ensuring overall quality Adheres and ensures that the Team adheres to the standard process and procedures set in place for execution Keeps abreast of industry trends and advancements in an around the organization. Qualifications:

Skills -

Proven experience as an IT professional. Knowledge of AWS Cloud Security and Infrastructure Services.
Hands-on experience of 7+ years. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be added advantageStrong technical knowledge of cloud services and offerings - IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS Have in-depth technical experience/knowledge in building Cloud DevOps Solutions that are secure, reliable, scalable, cost effective, and highly available. Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, methodologies, and practices Have experience of managing Cloud based Applications and deploying Cloud Services as per application requirements. Strong Hands-on experience building Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Preferred- CDK/Cloud Formation Hands-on writing scripts using python (Preferred), bash Experience with container strategies and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes) Experience with distributed source code repositories (e.g., Git) Experienced with CI/CD. Preferred- GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Strong understanding of Cloud Security Tools and knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques Understanding of applications, server, and network security Experience with issue/problem tracking systems (e.g., Jira) Advanced planning, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required. Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow. Knowledge of Asset management, Insurance and financial services products is a plus. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus

Education: Graduate - Bachelor's degree (any stream)
