In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives to develop, deploy & maintain infrastructure to provide solutions for business applications
Participate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure
Evaluate internal and external software solutions which could be leveraged to meet target state architecture goals
Review and analyze high impact outages to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the future
Design, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third-party vendors
Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices
Make decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with customers and vendors

Role Description
This position will act as a high-level infrastructure engineer as an individual contributor for a complex storage and server technical engineering organization.
As a member of our Storage engineering team, you'll join a team of technologists dedicated to developing and deploying large-scale infrastructure solutions that support Wells Fargo businesses.
You'll be using the latest technologies and security practices in all aspects of enterprise storage management applications engineering and integration.
Critical thinking, clear communication, and collaboration will be the key to successful product delivery.
Experience with Agile process methodology is a mandatory requirement.

Basic Qualifications
9 years storage software experience which includes the installation, patching and remediating vulnerabilities of the storage systems and distributed storage management applications.

Must-have skills
Storage skills 9 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level SAN and NAS environment
Experience with Enterprise Storage management tools/applications
Hitachi Ops Center products (Administrator, Automator, Protector, Analyzer, HRO)

EMC ESRS, UniSphere and Solutions Enabler

Other technical skills Proficient in Linux OS management
Experience in VMware client and host management
Basic firewall networking experience
Ability to create and install SSL certificates

Agile methodology Follow and promote Agile methodologies, especially scrum/Kanban
Understanding or have experience with Jira and Confluence applications
