As a Lead Infrastructure Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust storage solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of storage systems. Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable storage solutions using DELL EMC ECS DELL EMC Datadoman and Azure Blob Storage to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions with existing infrastructure. Evaluate and recommend storage technologies including Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage to enhance system performance and reliability. Oversee the deployment and configuration of storage systems on Windows and Linux platforms to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical expertise in VERITAS NetBackup to ensure data protection and disaster recovery capabilities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for storage architecture and processes to support operational efficiency. Conduct regular assessments of storage systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in storage management and data security. Lead initiatives to optimize storage costs and improve resource utilization across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define storage requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in storage technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Contribute to the development of strategic plans for storage infrastructure to support long-term business goals.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing storage solutions using DELL EMC ECS and DELL EMC Datadoman. Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Blob Storage Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage for cloud-based storage solutions. Exhibit strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems for storage system deployment. Have expertise in VERITAS NetBackup for data protection and disaster recovery planning. Show a solid understanding of cloud basics and hybrid work models to support organizational needs. Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Hold a proven track record of optimizing storage systems for performance and cost-efficiency.
