Lead - India Accounting & Finance - 4+ years - Mumbai
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for accounting and financial management? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with over 4 years of experience to join our team as the Lead for India Accounting & Finance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and shape financial strategies while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the organization's accounting and finance functions in India.

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.
• Handle tax calculations, filings, and audits in accordance with local laws.
• Lead the budget development process and monitor performance against budgets.
• Act as a key advisor for financial planning, forecasting, and risk management activities.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members to ensure professional development and high performance.

Requirements * A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficient in financial management software and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Excel.
