Festivals from India is hiring looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead - Incubator and Seed Fund to lead and manage key initiatives in startup incubation and acceleration within the Art & Culture domain at The Brij in New Delhi. This role is pivotal in nurturing early-stage creative ventures, driving impactful programs, and building a thriving ecosystem that supports innovation in the cultural and artistic sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, a passion for the arts, and the ability to design and execute programs that empower creative entrepreneurs.

• The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

• Festivals From India is hiring for this role on behalf of our client.

• This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi.

• Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably in program management, incubation, or acceleration roles.
Exposure to or interest in the art, culture, and creative industries is highly desirable
Essential Experience:
Strong understanding of startup incubation and acceleration processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM platforms.
Key Personal Attributes & Skills:
Passionate about supporting startups and fostering entrepreneurial growth in the creative sector.
Experience working with incubators, accelerators, or similar programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and impact-driven environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic approach to program design and execution.
