JOB DESCRIPTION Role Proficiency:An experienced team-member with higher levels of independence in planning and carrying out own work. Responsible for leading a whole team and provide assistance to managers on day to day activities Outcomes: Responsible for all workforce management activities of a group of large high growth accounts or verticals/cluster. Ensure Succession planning and Talent Refresh in the accounts/vertical/cluster responsible for Ensure good stakeholder relationship through stakeholder management communication and meeting of deadlines Act as the primary Point of Contact for the Vertical Heads and the first level escalation point for Business Stakeholders Assist with planning and forecasting of talent requirements in the verticals Provide direction to the team as well as guide/support them during large ramp ups for devising Sourcing strategy Partner with Business Stakeholders & Business Finance for Vertical/Account level planning activities (AOP/Utilization/Billability etc) Work with Training Team and Talent Pool management Team to come up with Upskilling and Cross skilling plan for the accounts Plan and assist in talent availability assurance processes Ensure compliance to processes and SLAs set Maintain records and reports Measures of Outcomes: Accuracy and correctness of resource mapping planning and execution Meeting of time lines for the talent availability assurance process Quality of Reporting and MIS Multi-tasking ability based on efficiency in the given assignment Outputs Expected:Business Support: Provide recommendations regarding long term planning and processes changes in the Verticals Ensure smooth Sourcing activity for the accounts/verticals/cluster responsible for Liaise with BUs for mapping requirements and ensure process compliance Recommend and execute planning and process changes in accounts Other Responsibilities: Provide Process change recommendations to Senior Management Work with Skilling team on MTO/MTS Partner with Business Finance to review Utilization and Billability within the accounts Compliance to process and SLAs: Meet department Service Level Agreements for job order management Ensure process compliance and data accuracy for assigned areas Team Management: Mentor and supervise staff as assigned review their work and mentor them including training and providing feedback Skill Examples: Good interpersonal skills Flexible with the ability to adapt to different environments and situations as the need arises Good communication skills - spoken and written Ability to interact with employees tactfully Good problem solving and analytical abilities Must exercise good judgment and maintain appropriate confidentiality Ability to supervise and mentor staff Knowledge Examples: Conversant with the Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to quickly learn aspects of organization policies and processes Must have knowledge on the business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented Systems perspective when implementing new programs and processes Additional Comments: UST is looking for a Workday HRIM Admin lead with following capabilities. . Serve as a Workday configuration Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of current functionality and capabilities including business processes and security. Supported systems include HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Onboarding, and Talent. . Actively participate in design, planning, implementation and support of business process configuration, security, and administration leveraging project management and change management. . Own assigned Workday functional and technical activities including business process configuration, security, calculate fields, custom objects, report writing, EIBs and integrations. . Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance business processes, practices, and configuration. . Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions, providing detailed analysis when necessary. . Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation for detailed system requirements, test plans, training materials, and standard operating procedures. . Partner with other departments across the company on various Workday projects. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects with exceptional customer service. . Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate to management. . Educate users on the use and features of Workday. . Participate in Workday upgrade preparation and release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, regression testing, education, and updates to training materials. . Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. . Functional and technical HRIS design, configuration, and administration experience. . Workday HCM. . Workday Certification preferred, but not required. . Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of/experience with project management tools . General knowledge of HR functional areas and workflows. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. . Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing environment with minimal supervision . Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization . Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
