• 5+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write complex queries for data analysis.
• Expertise in Data Analysis & Data Profiling: Experience in analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and performing data profiling.
• Creating Functional Specifications: Ability to create clear functional specifications for data-related projects.
• Understanding of Databases & Data Management: Knowledge of database structures, management, and best practices.
• Experience in Data Privacy: Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Requirements Elicitation: Experience gathering business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Data Transformation: Ability to transform data using tools such as Excel or other ETL tools.

Good to Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Center Migrations: Hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with Data Governance & Compliance Standards: Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Data Integration Tools & Techniques: Familiarity with data integration practices and tools.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and find innovative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in work.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
