Role description

Role Proficiency:



Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team


Outcomes:

Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports to evidence for testing

Sr Lead - QA o BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field o 7+ years of software testing experience o Worked with SREs and dev teams to define and maintain SLA, SLO, SLIs meeting quality engineering standards o Collaborated with the architects, SRE leads and other technical leadership on strategic technical direction, guidelines, and best practices o Created and delivered technical presentations to internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders communicating with clarity and precision, and present complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate o Experience in delivering solutions for complex business problems through software and standard SDLC processes o Experience of working with strong technical teams that deliver complex software solutions that scale o Troubleshooting skills with the ability to lead and solve test tool issues o Strong experience in software testing and public cloud like GCP and/or AWS is preferred o Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred What could set you apart o An ability to demonstrate successful performance of our Success Profile skills, including: o Attention to Detail - Validate solution deployment approach for new implementations, including hardware, application requirements, upgrades, cut-over strategies and steady-state processes; Strong domain working experience in the Financial industry; Create thorough and accurate documentation of all work including status updates to summarize project highlights; validating that processes operate properly and conform to standards o Collaboration - Collaborate with product management and development teams to verify the solution deployment approach for new implementations, including hardware, application requirements, upgrades, cut-over strategies and steady-state processes; Collaborate with product owners, development leads and architects to review test strategies and plans. o Execution - Engages in team level discussion to reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviors, or opinions of others. o Quality Control - Coordinate capacity and performance reviews for all platforms; Define key measurements/metrics to quantify and benchmark QE effectiveness, adjusting processes for continuous improvement; Review quality section of Production Readiness Review for accuracy and completeness o Quality Focus - Perform technical/business reviews and approval of proposals for new products and new clients; Ensure communications are thorough and accurate for all work documentation including status and project updates; Represent our QE practices and strategy in customer conversations and other stakeholder conversation o Risk Mitigation - Work with Product Owners, QE and development team leads to track and determine prioritization of defects fixes.
