Role description

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced

Senior Backend Developers

with deep expertise in

Java

,

Spring Boot

, and

AWS

. This is a hands-on role focused on building robust, scalable backend services and deploying them as

cloud-native applications

using

Kubernetes and Helm

. While the role is primarily backend-focused, familiarity with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

scalable backend services

using Java and Spring Boot. Build, containerize, and deploy microservices on

AWS

using

Kubernetes

and manage deployments with

Helm

. Participate in the design of

microservices architecture

and ensure system scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver new features and improvements. Contribute to

CI/CD automation

, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Perform

code reviews

, support production environments, and troubleshoot complex issues. Participate in architectural discussions and adopt best coding practices.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong backend development experience

Java

Spring Boot

Hands-on experience with

AWS services

, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3

Kubernetes

for container orchestration and

Helm

for application deployment Experience building and consuming

RESTful APIs

Familiarity with

microservices architecture

(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Knowledge of

Docker

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with

JavaScript front-end frameworks
