:Job Title: POD Lead (Senior Consultant) ApplicationHiring Location: Kochi, TVM, Bangalore, Chennai, HyderabadExperience Range: 8+ YearsMust-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years assessing applications for migration.
• Understanding of different application components.
• Experience setting up applications on-premises and in the cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Basic understanding of AWS IaaS and PaaS services.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams for applications.
• Experience with discovery tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure Migrate, CloudockIt).
• Expertise in application migration options and migration playbook creation.
• Ability to lead client calls and conduct interviews.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and creating user stories.
• Understanding of customer processes, infrastructure, and applications.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the application team, including Application and Database consultants per POD per BU.
• Oversee and coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) execution with App & DB Consultants.
• Conduct interviews, gather information, and create required artifacts for application assessment and planning.
• Work closely with Application & Database consultants to drive applications through the migration lifecycle.
• Adhere to onboarding guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date status of Azure DevOps application playbook activities.
• Track and update risks, issues, and blockers affecting migration activities.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and challenges for the team.
• Collaborate with customer teams to understand and streamline assessment and design phase processes.
