Full stack Sr. Developer ( Sr. Application Lead): Description: UST is looking for a Full stack Senior Engineer/Lead to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of our esteemed Retail customer 7-10 years of exp Strong Full stack Developer (.NET, C#, React JS, Angular JS, Python, Service Integration, Oracle DB) Proven expertise in leading a technical team, interacting and managing customer expectation Positive attitude Fast learner Retail Domain Knowledge especially in Order Management is an added advantage Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages. Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions Optimizes efficiency cost and quality. Influence and improve customer satisfaction
